Diffraction Limited Resolution

Now, this was taken with the Nikon ELWD 60x. I have this saved as being taken with the 1mm Corning fused silica, though i'll want to search my lab book and re-check that to make sure it makes sense to have taken this data. I took this plot on Dec 5th, 2008.

just the normal CTF: CTF(fspatial)=contrast(fspatial)/contrast(1/3um)

Light Intensity
the integrated light intensity of the whole image

Normalized Contrast
the contrast at 600um divided by the light intensity: Norm Contrast = contrast(1/600um)/light intensity
